Karen offers transformative energy work specifically for yogis and meditators, although anyone can benefit.
This hands-off technique can balance the chakras, release blockages and enhance connections to safely encourage energetic opening for spiritual development. This is a natural catalytic process in tandem with the unique progression of the individual. Since the energy body is the link between the body and the mind, this healing work serves all levels of being, contributing to emotional, mental and physical balance. If the time is ripe, this revitalizing work actuated by universal source energy can offer a profound shift in your energetic field and consciousness.
Sessions are equally effective in-person and remotely. Each person’s experience will be different, and it’s possible that images and physical sensations might arise. There is an opportunity at the end of the session to discuss any part of the experience, and to ask questions.
Karen completed training as a Reiki master with Susan Chiocchi. Her work is informed and driven by changes in her own energy body that came about from years of intensive meditation and Tibetan practices.

“In the middle of spring I had the urge to reach out to my meditation teacher from Colorado. Our meditation sessions had all been in-person when visiting Colorado for business. Those were some of the most powerful meditation experiences I’ve had.
I immediately felt her energy field interfacing with mine, just like it did when I was in Colorado, which was startling since we were thousands of miles away. Bright pink flames enveloped my head. Then a white light began to take its place and brighten to such a degree that I thought I might go unconscious. What felt like my third eye began opening in a way that had never done before and scared me, only because it felt so powerful. It then receded into the background.
I started to feel some pain in the chest and realized there was a knot restricting it that I didn’t even know existed. The energy slowly started to unravel the knot, which was so deep in the process I thought I might start tearing up from the sensation. It slowly passed the worst part and began to untangle itself until there was real openness. There was also some clearing out taking place in the stomach that worked its way out. I then felt so healthy, with the lungs and organs and head operating properly and cleanly. I went into a deep stillness that I hadn’t felt in a long time. It was all so peaceful. I felt like I had shifted in some important way.
When we came out of the meditation she walked through the experience she had felt in me during our sitting together, and the description was completely accurate — everything from the pink flames to the white light to the clearing out of the chest and stomach. I was in deep awe at how this could be done by her even from a distance of thousands of miles. How could this possibly be? It is true I had read about this multiple times but to experience it firsthand in this way was different.”
